After 20 years experience in the performing arts industry, including her role as a dancer in the critically acclaimed movie “Mamma Mia”, Michelle decided to pursue her passion for movement, health and wellbeing. In 2013 she acquired her Certificate III and IV in Fitness, equipping her with the education to fuel her passion and share it with others through personal training. In 2016, with a burning desire to expand her knowledge and share her personal love for yoga, Michelle completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in the beautiful Koh Samui, Thailand. Through this training she developed a great love for the mindfulness aspect that yoga creates in her own life. Today, armed with her education and love of movement, Michelle strongly believes both personal training and yoga go in hand in hand, forever complimentary of one another.
