1 on 1 customised functional fitness training with consistent support, helping you reach your desired health and fitness goals long term. For first timers I always love to meet you and get to know you a little better, show you the studio where we will get sweaty with it and discuss your personal needs, challenges, and goals. Therefore, going forward, we both have a clear vision as to where we want to go and what it is we want to improve.

If you would prefer to train with a friend, this is also available as per your request. 

Training times:

Your personal training will take place at a time that is convenient for you, with weekend times also available.

Your training session operates out of Fitness 33, conveniently located in the Adelaide CBD, with free street parking available.
