Michelle teaches vinyasa yoga, changing her sequences often to keep clients challenged and inspired. Set to music, Michelle's flows are an energetic, meditative, dynamic, practice, improving strength and flexibility by linking the breathe with movement and creating a physical, mental and spiritual experience.

In Michelle's Yin practice, we focus on safely opening the joints and their ligaments to their healthy limits, This is where we find stillness in the asanas and let the healing take place.
